1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using NewoHQ ("the Platform"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you are using NewoHQ on behalf of a church or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

NewoHQ is a multi-tenant SaaS platform that allows churches and religious organizations to build and manage websites, accept online donations, sell merchandise, and communicate with their congregations. Features vary by subscription plan.

3. Account Registration

To use NewoHQ you must create an account with accurate information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Payment Processing & Verification

NewoHQ's Online Giving and Store modules require verification before activation. This process exists to protect your congregation and prevent fraud and chargebacks. By submitting a verification request you confirm that:

• You are an authorized representative of the church or organization
• The information provided (legal name, EIN, contact details) is accurate and complete
• The church is a legitimate religious nonprofit or organization
• Funds collected through the platform will be used for stated church purposes

NewoHQ reserves the right to approve, reject, or revoke verification at any time. Misrepresentation of your organization may result in immediate account suspension and reporting to relevant authorities.

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not use NewoHQ to:

• Collect funds fraudulently or misrepresent how donations will be used
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Distribute spam, malware, or harmful content
• Impersonate any person or organization
• Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the platform

6. Subscription & Billing

NewoHQ offers subscription plans billed monthly or annually. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are issued at our discretion. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

7. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you upload to NewoHQ (sermons, photos, event listings, etc.). By uploading content you grant NewoHQ a limited license to host and display that content as part of the service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you upload.

8. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your data and your congregation's data. By using NewoHQ you agree to our Privacy Policy.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the relationship at any time. NewoHQ may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms without prior notice. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion, during which you may export it.

10. Limitation of Liability

NewoHQ is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NewoHQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify you of significant changes by email.
